Jessica Kirby is an award winning artist originally from Burlington, Iowa now living in Fort Madison. A graduate from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor's degree in art, emphasizing in painting and drawing. She now works mostly in pastel and oil and occasionally freelance illustration work.
