What edibles lurk in your backyard? Come find out!

Students need to be prepared and dressed for walking in the woods, bring bug spray, a hat, weather related jackets. Also notebooks/pencils. We will meet for a brief discussion of what we are looking for, then spend 1 to 1.5 hours harvesting spring green. We will then return to my home and will cover various ways to prepare the finds. No Fungi (mushrooms) will be picked.
