Wild Edibles: How to prepare what you find.

Wild Edibles, What to do with it after you gathered it. Lets explore different ways tio serve up wild edibles. We will also make some tasty spring time gifts. 

Students need to be prepared and dressed for walking in the woods, bring bug spray, a hat, weather related jackets. Also notebooks/pencils. We will meet for a brief discussion of what we are looking for, then spend 1 to 1.5 hours harvesting spring green. We will then return to my home and will cover various ways to prepare the finds. No Fungi (mushrooms) will be picked.
